Myrtle Beach Zipline reserves the right to adjust operating hours and pricing.
Weather: To Ensure the safety of our guest, we may have to close our zipline during inclement weather. We do not offer rain checks or refunds under these circumstances. For your convenience you can call to see if we are open 843-839-1661
Do I need to make a reservation?
Reservation are required for groups of 20 or more. Call 843-839-1661
Who can ride the Zipline?
The weight range for zipline and Freefall Express is between 40-264 lbs. Unfortunately due to new age restrictions we can't zip guest under 6 years old.
Guests age 18 and over will be required to sign a liability waiver.
What should I wear?
We recommend comfortable pants, shorts and a shirt just remember you will be in a harness. Cameras or cells phones would be at your own risk. Closed toed shoes are highly recommended
What is the Free Fall?
The freefall is an extreme adrenaline rush!! You will be 60 feet in the air looking over the beach. The only thing to do now is to take that first step off. You will experience a falling sensation with the ground approaching till suddenly you are caught just before meeting the ground!
Do my children need supervision?
Children under 18 years of age who wish to ride the zipline and/or Freefall Express must submit a liability waiver form signed by a parent or authorized guardian.
Are there any other restrictions or guidelines?
Guests should be able to climb stairs to reach the top of the departure tower.
Remove hanging jewelry before participating on the Zipline or Freefall Express.
We ask people with heart conditions, neck and back problems, or pregnant women to not participate, as choosing to zipline could be a health hazard.
We have numerous places for people to sit to take pictures and enjoy the wonderful ocean view!
Do we operate in rain?
Yes, in a little rain but heavy rains may cause delay. Lightening or high winds will force us to halt and/or cancel operations.
What if I change my mind after I paid?
We do not offer refunds so if you change your mind after paying we can transfer the ride to someone else in your party that meets the age and size requirements.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Master Card, Visa, Discover and Cash.
Drinks Available?
Yes, we have soda machine on site for your convenience.
You are welcome to bring your own non-alcoholic beverage.
No alcohol or drug use is permitted at any point.
Restrooms?
Yes, we have restrooms.
Safety Gear Disclosure:
Aerial adventures are experiential and do require certain safety type gear to be placed on the guest to include: full or half harnesses, lanyards, pulleys, helmets and gloves. Most of the gear does require tightening which secures the gear in place before going out on the aerial adventure. I understand that if I need assistance when tightening gear, there may be unintentional touch to lower and/or upper extremities, waist area and/or head area when performing these safety checks on the gear.
